Chinese Premier Wen Jiabaopaid his second visit to the TibetanAutonomous Prefecture of Yushu innorthwest China"s Qinghai Provinceon May 1-2. The prefecture had beenseverely hit by 7.1-magnitude earth-quake on April 14.
　　Reconstruction in Yushu shouldbe based on the prefecture"s long-term development, and authoritiesshould take into consideration protec-tion of the environment, economicand social advancement, poverty al-leviation and the promotion of livingstandards, he said.
